The Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living Program is one part elimination diet and one part gentle detoxing cleanse. The main focus of the program is to remove the most common dietary causes of inflammation and establish healthy eating habits. The unique blend of supplements provides nutritional support and an easy way to reset your daily wellness routine.

I absolutely love the 30 Days to Healthy Living program and do it myself at least twice a year to maintain my own healthy lifestyle. It is a wonderful way to reset after an overly indulgent period of time, like the holidays, an all-inclusive vacation, or falling off the healthy lifestyle wagon altogether.

Why Should I Do An Elimination Diet?

Elimination diets are a great option for identifying food sensitivities and intolerances. It will help you to identify any foods that you are currently eating that are causing negative reactions in your body. The goal is to tune in to the messages that your body is sending so that you can eat and drink more intuitively. Giving your body the nutrients that it needs to function optimally.

You would be surprised how many different chemicals you are consuming on a daily basis. Gluten, dairy, and soy are some of the most common food sensitivities along with carrying the added health risk of antibiotic and pesticide exposure. By removing stimulants like caffeine and depressants like wine, the adrenal and nervous systems have a chance to rest and find balance. Every individual is different and an elimination diet will help you to find the perfect diet combination for your own body.

After completing an elimination diet, you will likely feel amazing. It is common to experience more energy, clearer skin, a sharper mind, as well as shed unwanted pounds and uncomfortable bloating. Once symptoms disappear, you will most likely want to continue using food as fuel to optimize how you look and feel, inside and out.

Prep Week – Planning to Succeed

You will be removing the following foods from your diet:

・Wheat (and gluten-containing foods)
・Dairy
・Coffee
・Alcohol
・Artificial sweeteners (e.g., sucralose and aspartame)
・Soy (fermented soy such as organic, non-GMO tempeh is an acceptable vegan protein option)

It’s important to give yourself a week to prepare for the program. Start out by reading through all the program materials and put together a game plan. Clean out your pantry and fridge to remove any tempting foods that are not part of the program.

Go grocery shopping and stock up on plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and healthy fats. Stick to foods as close to their natural state as possible. Read the ingredients list on any processed foods and do not buy anything that contains the ingredients you will be eliminating. If your spouse or children are not participating in the cleanse, it is helpful to keep all their foods on a separate shelf or in a different cabinet. Out of sight truly is out of mind.

The day before your start date, take a few starting photos and be sure to weigh and measure yourself. It’s always a great idea to keep track of where you are starting so you can monitor your progress during the program.

How to Do the Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living Cleanse

Each day for the cleanse you will:

Start each day with a cup of CleanTox Herbal Detox Tea.

If you selected CleanTox Gentle Cleanse as a part of your set, add to 32 oz. of warm water and sip throughout the day. This helps cleanse the system while supporting your gastrointestinal tract.

When you’re ready, prepare and enjoy your first FeelFit Pea Protein Shake of the day. Customize it with antioxidant-rich berries, leafy greens, almond milk and more. The protein supports your muscles and helps you feel full.

If you selected BeWell Superfood Greens as a part of your set, add to your shake for an easy full serving of veggies.

To support digestion, have your GutHealth Digestion & Microbiome Support with probiotics, prebiotics, and enzymes before or after your protein shake.

When you’re ready for an energizing mid-morning pick-me-up, enjoy

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and to support normal bodily functions, like digestion. Note: Try to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water each day.

The foods you eat are one of the most important aspects of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If you continue to feel good, then you can include them in moderation in your meal plans. Feeling sick or sluggish may be your body telling you to keep that food permanently out of your diet.
