It is my personal mission to make this world a better place one happy, healthy, and empowered woman at a time. My training has helped me to transform my own mindset towards the very definition of total health. I now know that in order to have a healthy body, you first have to have a healthy mind and a healthy spirit. And this means something different for everyone.
A health coach holds space and supports others in exploring their unique health needs. The entire process is client-driven and our work together will focus on whatever aspect of your life needs the most attention right now. We will create small, manageable goals and gradually build a new set of healthy habits to create a dramatic impact in your life.
Our coaching calls are all about you. We discuss what is going really well in your life and we celebrate wins. We discuss what needs improvement and possible ways to reach your goals. Think of me as a healthy living girlfriend. Someone that truly cares about your success and wants to see you be happy.
Say you want to start eating healthy, but have no idea where to start. We would begin by identifying what you are eating now and what you would like to change. Then together, we create a plan for improvement – one healthy choice at a time. I provide guidance, accountability, and recipe ideas – while you start adding in more healthy foods and naturally reducing the unhealthy ones.
Or maybe, you want to start exercising every day – but you hate going to the gym and you’re looking for alternative ways to move your body and get into shape. Together we would explore what you have tried so far, and what you loved or hated about each activity – so we can find some new ideas that you are excited to try.
Maybe, you are ready for a dramatic transformation in your life. You desire massive change and growth, but you have no idea what you need to do to make that dream a reality.
All too often, we women put our own needs very last – taking care of young children and aging parents at the same time. Maybe you don’t have any clue what you need to start feeling healthy – but you do know that you are sick and tired of feeling so uninspired all the time. We start wherever you are and it is my goal to help you find the missing puzzles pieces so you can start living your very best life.
I always offer one free coaching session so we can get to know each other better and see if there is anything I can do to help you reach your health goals. Think of it as an interview for both of us, to see if we click. I promise, it’s a lot of fun!
