
Live Well & Be Happy is a personal passion project. It was inspired by my own health and wellness journey. The mission of Live Well & Be Happy is to help others overcome a lifetime of bad habits and step into their full potential.
Living Well is all about taking care of your physical body. For example, it can mean nourishing your cells with real organic foods and proper hydration. It can also mean removing harmful substances from your diet and environment. Moving your body in natural ways on a daily basis. Getting adequate restorative rest. Creating therapeutic self-care routines that pamper and delight. Each person is a unique individual. We all require different types and forms of nourishment to live our very best life. The trick is finding the right combination for your own body.
Being Happy is all about taking care of your mindset and mental health. While it may mean many different things to many different people, what it means to me is, living a life of gratitude for the blessings in your life. Choosing to focus on positive thoughts, while banishing the negative self-talk. It is entirely possible to release all the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from achieving your goals. Oftentimes, your mindset is the most challenging aspect to change since you have been developing these thoughts and behaviors your entire life. Mindset work is extremely individual as well.
