This salad dressing is packed with nutrients and you can whip it up in your blender in just a few minutes. This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
Walnuts are an exceptionally nutritious nut. They have higher antioxidant activity and significantly more healthy omega-3 fats than any other common nut.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinager
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 clove garlic or sub 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
RECIPE NOTES
Stores for up to 10 days in glass storage container in the fridge.
